Great comfort due to their width, took a bit of fiddling around to get adjusted, but once I got it, they held strong.

Bought these for my elderly dad who has trouble keeping his trousers on. He lives at an old folks home. Have had 2 cheaper pairs. They were not good at all. I did some research and plumped on these. The minute I opened the box I could tell we are taking about a quality product - different division to the cheap ones I had prev bought. He wears them every day. 2 weeks in so I hope they stand the test of time. Fantastic customer service too.
