Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?

To give your purchase the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, order as early as you can. The following recommended 'order by' dates are based on Australia Posts recommended post by dates. Remember though that these are a guideline only.

NOTE: Australian manufactured Buckle 1922 braces in sizes over 48 (M-2XL) are generally made to order and may take a day or two longer to despatch.

Regular Parcel Post order by Friday 11 December 2020.

Express Post order by Friday 18 December 2020.

Where can I find the type of braces I want?

Simply click on "Shop" in the header above, then click on "Style" to reveal a drop down menu of the types of men's braces we have available. 
Or you could click on "Colour" and check out what styles are available in the colour of your choice.

Do I have to order online?

You have the option to order offline if you prefer.  You can do this over the phone or you can contact us and we will send you a manual order form.  Goods are despatched once full payment has cleared. You can view our contact details here. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

You have the option of using your PayPal account or paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) using our secure payment gateway. Alternatively payments can be made by Afterpay, bank deposit, cheque or money order. NB PayPal will add any delivery charges once you have logged in to your PayPal account.

Mens Braces Australia does not pass on credit card charges to customers. 

I want to pay by credit card - how secure is this site?

All credit card transactions are completed via our secure payment gateway. When our online order form asks users to enter contact details and credit card details, that information is protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSL certificate) encryption software. Our ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.

This site has a GeoTrust SSL certificate providing up to 256 bit encryption. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

Your transaction is completed in this secure environment, and your credit card details are not stored on our server. Only your name and delivery details are forwarded to us to match with your order for despatching. 

Do the prices include sales tax?

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices.  All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Unless otherwise specified, we will endeavour to despatch your order within one business day of your payment clearing. Extra long braces are made to order and will take a day or two longer.

Delivery by regular post within Australia should take between 3-7 business days depending on the delivery address. A signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is home the parcel will be taken to the local post office and a card left advising the recipient that this has occurred.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be despatched at the earliest opportunity. 

You have the option to upgrade to Express Post at checkout.

International orders generally take approximately 5-10 working days.

Are international orders accepted?

Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. However enquiries from other locations are welcome. Simply contact us

Are credit card costs passed on to the customer?

At Mens Braces Australia we do not pass on credit card costs to our customers. 

Does Mens Braces Australia deliver to post office boxes?

Yes, we are happy to deliver to PO boxes within Australia. As with all our deliveries, a signature is required upon collection.

What is the returns policy?

If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, please let us know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Simply contact us here for a return authorisation which will allow your return to be actioned promptly. Where possible an exchange will be provided failing that a refund will be issued. Exchanges and refunds are generally made within one business day of the returned item being received by Mens Braces Australia.

If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Mens Braces Australia back to you for any exchanged products.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us to allow us to resolve any problems.

Please note that no exchanges and refunds are made until the originally purchased item has been returned.

If I subscribe to the product update service, will my details be shared with anyone?

Mens Braces Australia' customers who subscribe to our product update service can rest assured that their details will not be shared with any third party.  The contact details are used solely to update our customers with information on monthly specials and new product arrivals.
